Call Me When You Wake

As i was asleep

The roof caved in through my bedroom

But the thing that awoke me was my heart beat

Serenading me with the thumping of a song that will never escape my head

And as I layed there in my graffitied bed

The only thing that I wanted to hear was the crisp sound of rain bouncing atop the fallin shackles

Purple cracks split the sky and frequently illuminated through the cloudy black hills

Don't save me now

I have enough windows to last me forever

And the glass will protect me from the rains plot to drown me away with the outcome of the weather

Tomorrow will bring with it reality

And I will awake with nothing more than the memory of my peaceful tragedy
