Could you look me in the eyes
Cause I see you in my dreams
But I can't see you in real life
You're just a blur to me
But on occasion
I see you the way that I want you to seem
Yet that's only in my dreams
And I still wonder why
I still want you to be mine
You turn the rain to snow
Whenever I shelter you from the cold
And the sunshine only seems to melt away the flakes from your nose
But every now and again
I see the side of you that I want to be shown
But that's only in my dreams
